We stand behind our work with a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all repairs and parts. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship, we'll repair it at no additional cost. The warranty covers defects in materials and labor but does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear. Keep your repair order and warranty documentation for any warranty claims.

We can dispatch a service vehicle for minor on-site repairs, coordinate towing to our shop, and provide temporary solutions to get you moving. Please note that major repairs will need to be completed at our facility.
We're based in South Kingstown, RI and serve all of Rhode Island including Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Pawtucket, and surrounding communities. We also cover select areas of southern Massachusetts including Fall River, New Bedford, and Cape Cod. Our standard service radius is 75 miles from our shop location.
Yes! We have computerized paint matching technology and can match virtually any fleet color. Bring your vehicle's paint code or provide a sample panel if available, and we'll create an exact match. For large fleet projects, we can mix and store your custom color for future repairs to ensure consistency across your entire fleet.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For commercial accounts with established credit, we offer net 30 payment terms subject to credit approval. Payment is due upon completion of work. For insurance repairs, we coordinate payment directly with the insurance company.
Yes! Our fabrication shop handles custom projects including tool boxes, headache racks, crash bars, lift kits, platform modifications, and specialty mounting systems. We work with steel and aluminum and can build to your exact specifications. Bring your ideas or drawings, and we'll build it to your requirements. Pricing depends on materials and complexity.
