Service Estimates

All estimates provided on this website or in person are approximate and subject to change upon actual inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work required, parts availability, and labor involved. We provide written estimates before commencing any work.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for vehicle inspection or service must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in a no-show fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, payment terms may be arranged separately subject to credit approval. Returned checks will incur a processing fee.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all repair work and parts installed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, normal wear, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original repair order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherman's Garage Pee Wee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this website or our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherman's Garage Pee Wee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of this website or your violation of these Terms of Service.
